BlockDelta is currently partnering with a (Dubai based) Web3 project that is building next-generation decentralized infrastructure. As the company continues to scale its innovative operations they are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager. This role is responsible for identifying new revenue opportunities building strategic partnerships and expanding their presence with institutional enterprise and ecosystem partners. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Web3 business models and a proven ability to turn technical products into compelling commercial propositions.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive new business development initiatives across DeFi wallet and Layer 1 blockchain products
Identify qualify and close strategic partnerships with protocols exchanges infrastructure providers and institutional clients
Build and manage a strong pipeline from lead generation through deal execution
Develop go-to-market strategies in collaboration with product marketing and leadership teams
Represent the company at industry events conferences and ecosystem gatherings
Maintain deep market intelligence on competitors trends and emerging opportunities
Negotiate commercial terms partnerships and long-term strategic agreements
Provide feedback to product teams based on market and partner insights
Requirements
4 years experience in business development partnerships or sales within Web3 crypto or fintech
Direct experience in at least one of the following: DeFi protocols or platforms crypto wallets (custodial or non-custodial) layer 1 blockchain ecosystems or infrastructure
Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals token economics and Web3 market dynamics
Proven track record of closing high-value partnerships or enterprise deals
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate in a fast-moving high-growth environment
Nice to Have
Existing network across DeFi infrastructure providers or blockchain foundations
Experience working with developers protocol teams or technical stakeholders
Exposure to institutional crypto Web3 SaaS or infrastructure sales
