The role will focus on end-to-end recruitment for technical and corporate functions with strong exposure to Emiratization programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand manpower planning requirements.
Drive Emiratization and national workforce development initiatives.
Screen interview and shortlist candidates across multiple job families.
Support employer branding career fairs and graduate development programs.
Maintain recruitment reports dashboards and compliance documentation.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or related field.
47 years of experience in talent acquisition preferably in large organizations.
Prior exposure to Emiratization programs and government/semi-government environments is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
