Responsibilities

* Design develop and execute comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
* Perform thorough manual and automated testing to identify record and track defects.
* Collaborate closely with software developers and product managers to understand system requirements and ensure high-quality releases.
* Analyse test results document bugs and provide detailed reports on quality metrics to stakeholders.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes tools and strategies.
* Conduct regression testing when bugs are resolved to ensure solutions are effective.
* Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle to advocate for quality.

Qualifications

* Proven work experience in software quality assurance.
* Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies tools and processes.
* Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
* Experience in writing clear concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
* Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
* A keen eye for detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* A degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related subject is preferred.
* Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is highly desirable.
