Key Responsibilities:
Studio & Client Coordination:
Manage the front desk and welcome clients
Schedule appointments and meetings
Assist with client interactions and enquiries
Ensure the studio/showroom is presentable and organized
Sales Coordination:
Prepare quotations invoices and sales documentation
Assist with order processing and followups
Maintain accurate client records and track enquiries
Inventory & Logistics:
Track carpets rugs samples and swatches
Coordinate movement between studio/showroom and warehouse
Assist with deliveries and dispatches
Administration & Operations:
Handle daytoday administrative tasks
Maintain organized filing and documentation systems
Manage emails couriers and general coordination
Vendor & Accounts Support:
Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and supplies
Assist with invoicing expenses and payment followups
Candidate Profile:
25 years experience in administration operations or coordination roles
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Clear communication skills in English
Presentable and comfortable in a clientfacing environment
Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook)
