Ontime Group invites experienced Gynecologists with an established patient base to join our team on a revenue-sharing basis. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional gynecological care while contributing to the growth and success of our practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive gynecological consultations treatments and follow-ups.
- Manage a wide range of gynecological conditions and patient care needs.
- Perform gynecological procedures and ensure patient comfort and safety.
- Maintain and expand your patient base while upholding high standards of care.
- Document patient information accurately and comply with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated patient care.
- Stay current with advancements in gynecological healthcare and best practices.
Requirements
- Medical degree with specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Valid DHA license to practice as a Gynecologist
- Established patient base with consistent and good patient engagement
- Proven experience in managing complex and routine gynecological cases
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills with focus on patient satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of care and ethical practice
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are preferred
