We are seeking an experienced Senior Technician to support GEnx engine maintenance operations. The role involves hands-on disassembly assembly and inspection work while ensuring full compliance with approved technical data aviation regulations and safety standards. This position requires strong technical capability attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a professional and ethical working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Engine Process Execution (50%)
Perform GEnx engine disassembly assembly and inspection tasks in line with approved manuals and regulatory requirements
Complete all work in strict accordance with HS&E and aviation regulations
Support delivery timelines and customer commitments by executing tasks efficiently
Ethical Culture & Team Collaboration (25%)
Demonstrate professional behaviour fairness and integrity in daily work
Promote open communication and raise safety or ethical concerns appropriately
Technical Competence Development (15%)
Continue developing technical expertise through on-the-job learning Provide basic guidance to junior technicians to support skill growth
Resource Allocation & Compliance Support (10%)
Assist in maintaining tool and equipment availability
Support compliance activities identifying and reporting discrepancies
Uphold adherence to industry standards and internal processes
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Qualifications
Associate vocational or technical school qualification in aviation aeronautical engineering MRO or related field
Authorization at D2 level (or equivalent certification) in relevant processes
Minimum Experience
At least 3 years of experience in technical aviation or MRO Experience with GEnx engines is an advantage
Core Competencies
Strong understanding of Aero Engine Maintenance Repair and Overhaul processes
Proficient use of maintenance systems and digital tools
Strong safety and quality mindset
Effective communication and teamwork
Ability to adapt to changes in technology or workflow
