Ontime Group is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse with a valid DHA license to join our healthcare this role you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care across various clinical settings focused on improving patient outcomes and ensuring patient comfort and safety. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients including assessments medication administration and monitoring of vital signs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions treatment plans and preventive care measures
- Document patient assessments care provided and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards
- Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and maintain a safe and hygienic environment
- Communicate effectively with patients families and healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
Requirements
- Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license as a Registered Nurse
- Bachelors degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
- Previous nursing experience is preferred ideally in a clinical or hospital setting
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current nursing practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient-centered care
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills
- Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Flexibility to adapt to varying work environments and schedules
