Job Summary
Ontime Group is seeking a bilingual Filipino/Arabic Receptionist to join our Aesthetic and Longevity Clinic located in Jumeirah. This role requires a warm and professional individual who can effectively communicate with our diverse clientele while providing excellent front-desk support and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage incoming calls schedule appointments and maintain the clinics calendar efficiently
- Provide detailed information about aesthetic and longevity services offered at the clinic
- Assist clients with check-in and check-out ensuring all necessary documentation is completed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas
- Handle billing payment processing and insurance verification where applicable
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and excellent service delivery
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and feedback
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Receptionist in an aesthetic clinic or similar healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a warm and approachable demeanor
- Proficient with appointment scheduling and clinic management software
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Fluency in English is an advantage
