Job description

We are seeking an Operations Technology (OT) Engineer to support the development rollout and optimization of advanced operational systems across our production and logistics environment. This role involves working with a range of industrial equipment control systems and connected technologies to ensure reliable performance system integration and operational visibility. The successful candidate will assist in implementing and maintaining technical solutions supporting system testing and troubleshooting and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to enhance overall efficiency and reliability. You will contribute to improving data flow monitoring capabilities and system performance while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and modernization.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Mechatronics Electrical Electronics or a related field
13 years of experience in industrial automation or technical environments
Basic understanding of control systems instrumentation or connected devices
Familiarity with system integration and data flow concepts
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive learning-oriented mindset
UAE driving license preferred

Location in either Abu Dhabi or Dubai
