About the Role
We are seeking a well-connected and detail-oriented Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage government relations and ensure smooth processing of all legal and administrative documentation within a dynamic HR outsourcing environment. The role involves liaising with UAE government authorities handling employee documentation and ensuring full compliance with local regulations. This position is open exclusively to Emirati nationals.

Key Responsibilities
Government Liaison & RelationsAct as the main point of contact between the organization and government strong relationships with departments such as immigration labor and other regulatory timely processing of government-related transactions and updated on changes in laws regulations and government procedures.
Visa & Immigration ProcessingHandle visa applications renewals cancellations and status work permits labor cards and Emirates ID with employees and departments to collect required compliance with UAE immigration and labor laws.
Documentation & CompliancePrepare and submit official documents to government accurate records of employee documentation and company timely renewal of trade licenses permits and other legal compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Administrative SupportAssist with employee onboarding and off boarding formalities related to government with HR and administration teams for documentation and attestation and notarization of documents when general administrative tasks related to compliance and legal processes.
Reporting & CoordinationTrack application statuses and provide regular updates to logs and reports of all government timely follow-ups to avoid delays or guidance to employees regarding visa and documentation processes.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.25 years of experience as a PRO or in government liaison roles within the National (Emirati) is mandatory for this role.
