Construction Expert

Were looking for an experienced Construction Expert to join our organization in Dubai United Arab this role you will serve as a technical authority overseeing construction projects from inception through completion. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional expertise in construction management with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with UAE construction standards managing cross-functional teams and maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality throughout all project phases.

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects including planning scheduling budgeting and execution
• Analyze project requirements and develop comprehensive construction strategies and timelines
• Interpret technical drawings blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate project implementation
• Coordinate with architects engineers contractors and vendors to maintain project alignment and quality standards
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor progress against established milestones and performance metrics
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
• Manage project budgets track expenditures and implement cost control measures
• Ensure strict adherence to building codes safety regulations and UAE construction standards
• Prepare detailed project reports documentation and progress updates for stakeholders
• Lead and mentor construction teams fostering a culture of safety efficiency and professional excellence
• Resolve technical issues and make decisive decisions to keep projects on track
• Maintain organized records of project documentation permits and compliance certifications

Qualifications :

• Minimum 20 years of professional construction management experience on commercial or infrastructure projects
• Advanced proficiency with construction management software and project management tools
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies best practices and industry standards
• Demonstrated expertise in project scheduling budgeting and cost control
• Thorough understanding of building codes safety regulations and UAE construction requirements
• Proven ability to interpret technical drawings blueprints and construction specifications
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with site supervision and team coordination
• Proficiency in risk assessment and mitigation planning
• Preferred: Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) software
• Preferred: Background in large-scale commercial or infrastructure development projects
