Job Summary
- Implement and maintain project QA/QC procedures
- Review HVAC drawings specifications and method statements
- Conduct inspection of HVAC systems including ducting piping insulation and equipment installation
- Prepare and review Inspection Test Plans (ITP) checklists and quality reports
- Coordinate with site team for material inspections and approvals
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and international standards such as ASHRAE and SMACNA
- Monitor site activities to ensure workmanship meets quality standards
- Raise and follow up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective actions
- Participate in Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT)
- Coordinate with consultants and clients for inspections and approvals
- Maintain proper documentation and records for all QA/QC activities
- Support testing and commissioning of HVAC systems
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 58 years of experience in QA/QC for HVAC works
- Experience in construction oil and gas or MEP projects
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including ducting chilled water systems and ventilation
- Familiarity with international standards such as ASHRAE SMACNA and ISO
- Good understanding of ITP method statements and QA documentation
- QA/QC or ISO certification is an advantage
- Good communication and reporting skills
Additional Information :
- GCC experience preferably UAE or ADNOC projects
- Experience in large-scale commercial or industrial projects
