The role will involve handling HR documentation employee coordination and administrative support to ensure smooth HR processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update employee records HR databases and personnel files
Support recruitment activities including CV screening interview coordination and onboarding
Prepare offer letters employment contracts and HR-related correspondence
Coordinate visa processing medicals Emirates ID and other PRO-related documentation
Assist with payroll inputs attendance leave management and timesheets
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
Support performance reviews training coordination and HR reports
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
Minimum24 years of HR administration experiencein the UAE
Prior experience inengineering construction or technical industriesis preferred
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent organizational communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook)
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Immediate or short notice period preferred
