Job Summary

Sales Director Middle East & Africa Drones & Intelligent Equipment

Location: Middle East or Africa
Employment Type: Full-time

Salary Range: EUR per year

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the commercial and go-to-market strategy across the Middle East & Africa region

  • Manage the full sales cycle including client development tender participation negotiations contract signing and payment collection

  • Build and expand a regional partner ecosystem including distributors system integrators and strategic partners

  • Develop and lead a regional sales organization (20 people) to support large-scale market expansion

  • Drive government and enterprise-level business development across the region (B2G and B2B)

  • Identify and close large strategic deals and long-term contracts

  • Monitor regulatory changes regional policies and market developments to adapt the commercial strategy

Requirements

  • 10 years of B2B or B2G sales experience in the Middle East & Africa region

  • Strong existing network with governments and enterprises across MEA

  • Experience in drones intelligent equipment or industrial technology sectors

  • Proven experience managing large sales teams (20 people)

  • Demonstrated success closing large-scale strategic deals

  • Deep understanding of local business cultures procurement processes and regulations across MEA

  • Fluent English and/or Arabic as working languages
