Sales Director Middle East & Africa Drones & Intelligent Equipment

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the commercial and go-to-market strategy across the Middle East & Africa region

Manage the full sales cycle including client development tender participation negotiations contract signing and payment collection

Build and expand a regional partner ecosystem including distributors system integrators and strategic partners
-
Develop and lead a regional sales organization (20 people) to support large-scale market expansion
-
Drive government and enterprise-level business development across the region (B2G and B2B)
-
Identify and close large strategic deals and long-term contracts
-
Monitor regulatory changes regional policies and market developments to adapt the commercial strategy
Requirements
-
10 years of B2B or B2G sales experience in the Middle East & Africa region
-
Strong existing network with governments and enterprises across MEA
-
Experience in drones intelligent equipment or industrial technology sectors
-
Proven experience managing large sales teams (20 people)
-
Demonstrated success closing large-scale strategic deals
-
Deep understanding of local business cultures procurement processes and regulations across MEA
-
Fluent English and/or Arabic as working languages
