Pega CDH (Customer Decision Hub) Developer Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Pega CDH Developer to design develop and implement customer decisioning solutions using Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH). The role involves building Next-Best-Action strategies implementing decision logic and enabling real-time personalized customer engagement across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop Next-Best-Action (NBA) strategies using Pega CDH.
Configure decision strategies engagement policies and arbitration rules.
Implement real-time and batch decisioning solutions within the Pega platform.
Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Integrate Pega CDH with external systems via APIs data flows and event-driven architecture.
Configure adaptive models and predictive analytics within CDH.
Participate in code reviews debugging and performance optimization.
Support testing deployment and production support activities.
Follow Pega best practices and guardrails during development.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
Experience in Next Best Action Designer (NBAD).
Knowledge of:
Decision Strategies
Engagement Policies
Arbitration
Adaptive Models
Customer Profile Designer
Good understanding of Pega PRPC architecture and case management concepts.
Experience in Pega integrations (REST SOAP APIs).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodology.
Preferred Qualifications
Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or Pega Decisioning Consultant certification.
Experience in marketing decisioning personalization or customer engagement platforms.
Knowledge of data analytics and customer segmentation.
Experience in Banking Financial Services or Telecom domains.
Experience
410 years of overall IT experience.
2 years of hands-on experience in Pega CDH.
