About the Role:

Client is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager to support procurement and day-to-day warehouse operations within its Dubai facility. This is a hands-on operational role focused on inventory control material availability supplier coordination and internal logistics support for ongoing interior fit-out and joinery projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Support procurement planning and ensure timely sourcing of materials
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
Coordinate with suppliers and project teams
Supervise warehouse staff and operations
Ensure proper material labelling and documentation
Conduct stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
Support site material requests and logistics

Candidate Requirements:

46 years UAE experience in similar roles
Knowledge of warehouse and procurement workflows
Experience with wood panels and fit-out materials
ERP or inventory system proficiency
Strong organisational and supervisory skills
UAE driving licence preferred
