Job Summary
Our client is a digital services provider operating within the iGaming field. As they continue to scale they are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to join their growing team in Dubai
Tasks
- Recruit and onboard new affiliates to run CPA RS and hybrid campaign
- Negotiate partnership terms and manage the affiliate budget including commissions and payouts
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure optimal ROI; report results to senior management
- Maintain timely invoicing and ensure accurate and on-time commission payments
- Communicate daily with partners providing ongoing support and growing the affiliate networks
- Collaborate with marketing creative and development teams to optimize affiliate acquisition efforts
- Represent the company at industry events and create content for affiliate newsletters and promotions
Requirements
- Locally based in Dubai or willing to relocate
- 3 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in the iGaming industry.
- Proficient level of Russian or Ukranian languages.
- Proficient level of written and spoken English
- Effective sales and negotiation skills
- Driven and results-oriented
- Excellent analytical organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage prioritiets
- Perfect communication skills
