Job Description
Manat Technical is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to handle end-to-end recruitment for IT Data Center and ADNOC-related positions in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong local market knowledge and established recruitment agency contacts within the UAE.
Key Responsibilities

Lead full recruitment cycle for IT Data Center and ADNOC project roles

Manage bulk and niche hiring as per project timelines

Coordinate with recruitment agencies and manpower suppliers in Abu Dhabi

Source screen and shortlist qualified candidates

Ensure compliance with ADNOC and UAE recruitment standards

Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports
Requirements
-
Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in UAE

Hands-on experience in IT Data Center and ADNOC hiring

Strong network with recruitment agencies and vendors in Abu Dhabi

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

In-depth knowledge of UAE labor market and regulations
