Key Responsibilities
- Handle qualified buyer and investor leads
- Promote luxury residential and off-plan properties
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings
- Negotiate and close property sales
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Prior experience in real estate sales in Abu Dhabi (Mandatory)
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to work in a commission-based environment & Own Car
Benefits
- Attractive commission structure from 50% to 70%. (Without Basic Salary)
- Basic Salary AED 5K Plus 35% Commissions and onwards (Subject to Deal Closure)
