Role Overview
The Financial Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records preparing reports and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can leverage technology to enhance financial accuracy streamline reporting and support strategic financial decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Manage general ledger entries and reconciliations.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
- Professional certification (CPA ACCA or equivalent) preferred.
- 5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office Tools.
- Demonstrated expertise in the development and construction of building sectors and villa compounds.
