- Welcome guests with a warm friendly demeanor and provide personalized attention throughout their stay
- Efficiently manage check-in and check-out processes ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Anticipate guest needs and offer tailored recommendations for local attractions dining and activities
- Handle guest inquiries requests and concerns promptly and professionally
- Process reservations room assignments and billing with precision
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services promotions and local area information
- Assist with concierge services including arranging transportation and making reservations
- Ensure the lobby and front desk areas are clean organized and inviting at all times
- Adhere to all hotel policies procedures and safety standards
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Guest Service Agent or in a similar customer-facing role in the hospitality industry
- Strong service-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written; additional languages are a plus
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) preferably Opera Cloud or similar
- Ability to connect with guests through storytelling and anticipation of needs
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Flexible and willing to work various shifts including nights weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with standard office software
- In-depth knowledge of Dubais attractions culture and local amenities
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in hospitality management is a plus
