Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate personnel.

Maintain the front desk and reception area in an organized and professional manner.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as Job orders, Invoicing, filing, and photocopying.
