Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Hospitality Hotel Management or a related field.
35 years of experience in restaurant management preferably in a dynamic high-volume environment.
Strong knowledge of operations cost control and team leadership.
Passion for food & beverage and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Excellent communication skills (English required; additional languages a plus).
Leadership adaptability and a keen eye for detail.
