We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Female Guest Service Agent to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Guest Service Agent you will be the first point of contact for our guests ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable from check-in to check-out.
- Welcome and greet guests upon arrival providing a warm and professional first impression
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously either in person or over the phone
- Assist guests with room reservations upgrades and special arrangements
- Handle guest complaints and concerns with empathy and work towards satisfactory resolutions
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met in a timely manner
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel amenities services and local attractions to provide accurate information to guests
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Ensure the lobby and reception area are clean organized and presentable at all times
- Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports and maintaining guest records
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
- Professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with light lifting when necessary
