1. Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Social Community Manager to build and manage a platform-specific trend-led content calendar that not only reflects Sephoras tone of voice but also delivers on key social KPIs across growth engagement and community performance.
- Work with various stakeholders to develop inspiring educational and entertaining content across platforms (Instagram TikTok YouTube Snapchat etc.) to amplify Sephoras editorial voice and presence.
- Ensure all content is created with both Arabic and English audiences in mind reflecting cultural relevance across markets.
- Curate and adapt visual assets received from brands and partners to ensure they are optimized for social use.
- Stay ahead of platform trends tools and innovations continuously bringing fresh ideas to the table.
- Attend and cover events shoots public appearances and conventions to create behind-the-scenes and real-time content.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Liaise with internal departments and brand teams to align social media content with business priorities from new launches and store openings to local moments and seasonal campaigns.
3. Agency Management and Relations
- Manage day to day communication with social media agencies and ensure timely delivery of content and deliverables.
- Oversee community moderation across all social media platforms. Ensure quick friendly and professional responses that reflect Sephoras tone of voice. Detect and flag existing or potential risks.
- Monitor social sentiment support with escalations and flag potential community risks.
4. Reporting and Budgets
- Regularly analyze and report on social performance content engagement and KPIs.
- Assist in compiling monthly and campaign wrap-up reports to inform future strategy.
- Support the team with administrative tasks such as PO/invoice processing and supplier

- Experience: 1 year in a social/digital media role. Background in beauty fashion or retail is preferred.
- Languages: Arabic (Mandatory) English
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Confident working across teams and with agencies.
- Social Savvy: You live and breathe social media always in the loop with the latest trends formats and platform updates.
- People Person: Collaborative approachable and comfortable working across functions.
- Agility: Comfortable in fast-paced environments with the ability to multitask and adapt quickly.
- Analytical: You can derive insights from data and use them to improve future content strategies.
