This role plays a critical part in ensuring that all business functions run smoothly and effectively.
Assist in planning coordinating and overseeing operational activities
Monitor day-to-day processes and workflows to ensure optimal productivity
Support implementation of policies procedures and best practices
Collaborate with department heads to align operations with company goals
Analyze operational data to identify trends issues and improvement areas
Supervise and support team leaders or supervisors as needed
Ensure operational compliance with safety legal and quality standards
Assist with budgeting inventory management and resource allocation
Prepare reports and present insights to senior management
Help resolve customer or client issues related to operations
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or related field
Proven experience in operations logistics or team management
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operations software (e.g. ERP CRM)
Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
Attention to detail and result-oriented mindset
Adaptable and proactive approach to operational challenges
Strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and best practices
