Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a highquality dining experience managing staff maintaining health and safety standards and driving profitability through efficient management.
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Knowledge of restaurant management software is a plus.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Understanding of budgeting payroll and cost control.
High school diploma required; degree in Hospitality or Business is preferred.
