This includes direct supervision of the in-house marketing team maintaining high conversion rates from resort occupancy ensuring exceptional owner and guest experiences and seamless coordination with Resort Operations Front Line Sales In-House Sales and Corporate/Regional Marketing leadership.
This role is key to achieving budgeted tour flow goals while upholding brand integrity operational efficiency and service excellence.
How Youll Shine:
Directly manage the in-house marketing team including recruiting hiring onboarding training performance reviews coaching and disciplinary action when necessary.
Ensure total site marketing conversion is aligned with established company standards.
Monitor and resolve any issues related to tour statuses bookings coding and guest interactions.
Maintain accurate and organized records including invitations and daily tour manifests for audit and reference.
Prepare and distribute daily and weekly performance reports.
Track and compile team member performance data for evaluation and improvement.
Collaborate with In-House and Front Line Sales Managers to align on available tour seats and projected tour flow.
Communicate all relevant marketing and concierge updates clearly and promptly across departments.
Coordinate with sales leadership regarding updates or changes to marketing programs including booking processes and gifting policies.
Submit accurate and timely employee payroll and commissions data.
Perform additional related duties and responsibilities as required by site or corporate leadership.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years experience in timeshare sales and marketing required.
Management or supervisory experience (minimum 2 years) in a similar environment preferred.
Strong ability to engage with customers sales teams and resort staff in a professional and effective manner.
Demonstrated attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Capable of managing multiple priorities and resolving issues in a high-paced environment.
Working knowledge of commission-based payroll systems preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook) required.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple departments.
Flexible availability required including a rotating schedule of days evenings weekends and holidays.
