Job Summary
The Admin Executive plays a crucial role in managing the companys daytoday administrative operations. This position is responsible for ensuring smooth office functions handling office setup managing vendor relationships and supporting HR functions like visa processing and employee onboarding. The role requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of offices and showrooms.
- Manage office relocations and new office setups.
- Negotiate and arrange the purchase of office supplies equipment and furniture.
- Ensure smooth building operations including security maintenance and repairs.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Handle visa processing labor office tasks and insurance matters.
- Stay updated on and inform management about local government regulations related to labor immigration and free zones.
- Participate in preparing the administration budget and monitor financial performance.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and service providers.
- Ensure costeffective procurement of administrative services.
- Prepare and maintain administrative reports and MIS.
- Organize and plan company events and teambuilding activities.
- Support interdepartmental coordination for smooth workflow.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in administrative roles preferably in the UAE.
- Familiarity with labor laws and government regulations in Dubai.
