• Oversee all the operational and commercial aspects of the restaurant division in the capacity of Acting Director, creating and implementing the annual operating plans that support the strategic direction of the Restaurant Division and submit the same to the board for approval and correlate with annual operating budgets to ensure financial and operations forecasting successfully meet business objectives.
• Preparation for the Budget, Profit & Loss, Budget Review and Forecasting of the business unit portfolio to strategically plan the aim target to achieve profit for the business.
• Initiate, produce, and track promotional offers with the marketing manager and represent in all planning associated with each marketing event to maintain appropriate
• Monitor and manage the stores Profit and Loss statement and address any related issues with the Finance to ensure right accounting of sales and expenditure to achieved profit
