Respond to customer queries, on call, chat, email, and walk-in, in a timely and accurate way, by either answering the questions or passing it to the appropriate support staff, to ensure customer support for new purchase or maintenance support.

Coordinate & assist sales, by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information. Help in creating proposals, sending it to clients, follow up with client, and schedule further meetings, and other sales support related due diligences to support sales.

Manage the Customer Enquiries & Technical Tickets, allocating tickets to the respective team, responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
Â.
Handling Outgoing Deliveries/ Shipments: Heeding and communicating notes about appropriate procedures for handling stock, particularly when fragile. Preparing our clients orders by checking available stock and following up on deliver of shipment to ensure timely deliveries. Collect and send invoices to appropriate department. Prepare shipping documents and identify accurate shipping cost for clients when required. Provide information to customers about the status of their orders.

Receive Incoming Deliveries/Shipments: Receiving and checking deliveries to ensure that the correct amount and type of stock is delivered. Following up about incoming shipments with the courier or concerned person. Prepare shipping documents and identify accurate shipping cost for internal use when required.

Manage Warehouse Stock Inventory: Track and organize inventory. Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requests
Requirements
Â.
Must have a Bachelors Degree (Attested)
Â.
Total 2 years of experience, from with minimum 2 year in UAE.
Â.
Good knowledge of computer skills, including Microsoft Office, working with, Zoho Finance, Zoho CRM Plus, preparing accurate quotations, for proposal.
Â.
Consistent, accurate, and thorough with an eye for details.
Â.
Exceptional organizational skills, good communication skills, written and verbal.
Â.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with good phone and email etiquette
Â.
Able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment, provide timely reports, and feedback.
Â.
Able to motivate the team and lead by example
Â.
Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
Â.
The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
