Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
Investigate incidents accidents and near misses; prepare reports and recommend preventive measures.
Deliver safety inductions and training programs for new and existing employees.
Maintain and update safety records logs and reports in accordance with local legal requirements and company procedures.
Coordinate emergency response drills and ensure emergency preparedness at all times.
Ensure all personal protective equipment (PPE) is available and correctly used.
Collaborate with department heads and supervisors to create a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Stay updated on local HSE legislation trends and best practices.
