Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-known holding firm in Abu Dhabi. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Senior Legal Counsel (Arabic speaker) will be responsible for:
Â.
Acting as the main point of contact for any and all litigation matters;
Â.
Reviewing and drafting of various commercial documentation;
Â.
Take a practical and operational approach to the legal function of the business and clientâs interest;
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following requirements:
- With minimum 6+ years PQE with good experience in corporate and commercial
- Has worked in any investment/financial services/holding firms in the UAE
- Has provided legal support for clients from a variety of commercial industries r
- Willing to be based in Abu Dhabi
