• Manage customer service requests promptly and resolve issues quickly
• Answering incoming telephone calls, dealing with general inquiries and transferring callers when necessary
• Assisting in the office with filing, scanning documents, photocopying, and sending emails
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and the general public
• Ensuring the reception and kitchen area is always kept clean and tidy and represents the professionalism and high standards of the company.
• Supporting sales & operations departments with client quotations, updating the database and completing general client requests.
