Description
Liaise with senior management to understand the firm's requirements and ensure they are aligned to its' overall strategy
.Oversee improvement, enhancement, and execution of the operations team to ensure timely delivery of projects in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.
Interpret and synthesise performance metrics to identify meaningful insights that can support your decisions.Incorporate insights and recommendations from the leadership team to develop strategic plan of action for the future.
Profile
Deep expertise in an operational role within a start-up environment, with a focus on customer experience, improving processes and operation management.Strong analytical skills with experience in MS Excel highly preferred.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to interact and engage with the C-level management and executive leadership team.Strong command of written and spoken English; Arabic language skills are strongly preferred
