This opportunity sits within their Dubai team, and has a focus on helping operating companies build and establish their company cultures and organisational capabilities. This role is full time based in Dubai. What the job involves
- Lead the development and implementation of programmes that reinforce the unique identity, heritage, and story of each company
- Create and teach curriculum to introduce culture and behavioural expectations to new joiners, and create recurrent training programmes
- Develop systems to support business decision making that aligns with company culture and principles
- Create reporting structures in businesses both large and small to facilitate greater execution ability and accountability
- Support portfolio companies to define and develop their Centres of Excellence within core functions
- Design and manage talent systems within each company to grow and sustain teams that are well-trained, fairly rewarded, and retained

- Experience and passionate in leading organisational change
- Proven ability to serve as a trusted advisor with a history of building trust with others
- Humility to learn and collaborate with stakeholders, team members and be a team player at every level of the organisation
- Strong interpersonal skills with effective verbal and written communication, problem solving, decision-making and assertiveness
- Intangible skills that include sound judgement, intuition, integrity and an ability to adapt to/embrace challenging and ambiguous situations
- Experience in consulting is prefered
