QHSE Manager

Reputable International Company is looking for a QHSE Manager in Heavy Lifting & Transport field who will be responsible for development of QHSE department and implementation of QHSE culture across the organisation.

Company is one of the market leaders in MENA region in Heavy Lifting & Transport services across different industries.

Responsibilities:
• Evaluation of company's existing practices, processes and procedures with respect to ISO 9001, 18001 and 14001 Standards & identification of existing gaps.
• Design and development of an integrated QHSE Management System
• Management systems certification against international standards for the existing certifications and for new according to company requirements.
• Participate in investigations of HSE incidents, follow up and verify that corrective actions are effective.
• Developing and mentoring QHSE department
• Developing and delivering QHSE Training programs across the organisation.
• Initiation of new or improved practices, processes and procedures.
• Scheduling and execution of Internal Audit Programs
• Initiation of corrective action in the event of system non-conformance.
• Development and implementation of techniques for evaluating the effectiveness of the company's QHSE systems.
• Generation of regular reports to management on the effectiveness of the QHSE systems.

Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• NEBOSH - Level 3 certified
• ISO Lead auditor certification
• Commitment to continuous improvement in QHSE areas

• 5 years of experience with heavy lifting & transport companies
