• Manage the laboratory operations and performance.
• Plan and implement testing systems for each of the tests performed in the laboratory.
• Implement operations standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, and complete on-time delivery.
• Advise, negotiate and manage all the laboratory contracts.
The Successful Applicant
• Completion of a life science/healthcare degree.
• A minimum of ten years experience in a similar role.
• A strategic visionary with sound technical skills, analytic ability, good judgement and strong operational focus.
• Experienced in contract development and management.
