What you will be doing:
• You’ll maintain the highest possible hygiene and maintenance standards.
• You’ll ensure that all bakery dishes leaving the Kitchen are of appropriate portion and presented as per recipes and presentation standards set by the Executive Pastry Chef
• You’ll create high quality and standard bakery products to satisfy the Guests needs
• You’ll control the food cost by preparing / reviewing all store requisitions and direct purchases and ensure the accurate delivery of goods in order to achieve the budgeted profitability
• You’ll train all the team members under direct supervision in order to produce very high standard of bakery products (set by the Executive Pastry Chef) in the Kitchen
Your experience and skills include:
• You’ve gained experience of management in a kitchen, and can speak English fluently
• You can inspire your fellow staff just as you can inspire your guests. On top of this, you’re hungry for new food concepts and love eclectic cuisine
• You’re a doer – and even if you do it wrong sometimes, you openly admit it
• You’re not just bringing your abilities, but also your character
• You’ve perfect knowledge of HACCP guidelines
• You’re computer literate in the Windows environment
• You’re responsive and proactive
