Job Description

Education Consultant Responsibilities:

Academic Support: Provide individualized and small group tutoring in core subjects to help students improve their understanding and performance.

Homework Assistance: Assist students with homework and assignments ensuring they develop good study habits and time management skills.

Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess student progress and communicate findings to the Center Manager and parents as needed.

Assessment Reports: Creating detailed reports after each tutoring session to document student performance areas for improvement and any relevant feedback for parents or guardians.

Mentorship: Act as a mentor and role model offering guidance and support to help students build confidence and resilience.

Collaboration: Work closely with the Center Manager and other staff to align tutoring strategies with teaching instruction and objectives.

Parent Communication: Engage with parents to discuss student progress and address any concerns or questions they may have.

Professional Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops conducted by company to enhance tutoring skills and stay updated on best practices in education.

Engagement: Conducting engaging and interactive tutoring sessions both inperson and online. Maintaining a positive and professional learning environment.




Requirements


  • Bachelor s Degree in Early Childhood Education Primary Education or a related field
  • Additional certifications in child development or specialized training in KG education can be an advantage.
  • Previous experience in a similar teaching role preferably within early childhood education or kindergarten is often required.
  • Experience with lesson planning child assessment and creating a nurturing classroom environment is beneficial.
    Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with young children their parents and other staff members.
  • Ability to create a structured positive and supportive environment for young learners.
  • Ability to develop engaging and ageappropriate lesson plans and activities.
  • Understanding the emotional and developmental needs of young children.
  • Passion for Working with Children: A genuine interest in nurturing and educating young learners.
