Operations & Management:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow.

Staff Supervision & Training:
- Recruit train and supervise restaurant staff.
- Schedule shifts and assign tasks to ensure efficiency.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching for staff development.
- Foster a positive work environment and resolve employee conflicts.
Customer Service & Experience:
- Ensure exceptional customer service and handle complaints professionally.
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and high service standards.
- Address customer feedback to improve service and satisfaction.
Financial Management:
- Monitor restaurant financial performance and optimize profitability.
- Prepare budgets track expenses and analyze sales data.
- Implement costeffective strategies to increase revenue.
Marketing & Promotions:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns.
- Maintain online presence and manage customer reviews.
- Build relationships with customers to drive loyalty.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). 3+ years of experience in restaurant management.
