Job Description
We are looking for a British Executive Chef with a strong background in highend hospitality membersonly clubs resorts or similar exclusive venues. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic chef to lead a prestigious kitchen delivering an exceptional culinary experience.
Key Requirements:
- Oversee all kitchen operations ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation.
- Develop and execute innovative menus focusing on modern British & European cuisine.
- Lead train and inspire a team of culinary professionals to maintain the highest standards.
- Manage kitchen budgets cost control and supplier relationships.
- Maintain strict hygiene safety and quality standards in line with international best practices.
- Cater to highprofile guests ensuring a personalized and memorable dining experience.
Candidate Requirements:
Strong knowledge of modern British & European cuisine with an innovative approach.
Excellent leadership training and team management abilities.
Ability to work in a highpressure environment while maintaining exceptional standards.
Experience in handling VIP clientele and private dining requests.
Strong financial acumen with expertise in cost control and procurement.
