Job Description

A Tele Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads qualifying prospects and closing sales
primarily through telephone and other remote communication channels. They act as a key point of
contact between a company and its potential or existing customers promoting products or services
building relationships and driving revenue growth. The success of a Tele Sales Representative relies on
excellent communication persuasion product knowledge and the ability to handle objections
effectively.
Lead Generation & Qualification: Identifying and qualifying potential customers based on
predefined criteria determining their needs and level of interest.
Product/Service Presentation: Effectively communicating the features benefits and value
proposition of the companys products or services to prospects.
Sales Closing: Persuading qualified prospects to make a purchase or commit to the next stage of
the sales process.
Relationship Building: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to foster
loyalty and repeat business.
CRM Management: Accurately recording and updating customer information sales activities
and progress in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Following Up: Nurturing leads and following up with prospects to maintain engagement and
move them through the sales funnel.


Requirements

Experience: Minimum 6 Months
Nationality: Philippines
Qualification: Any Graduation
Customer Service and Good Communication Skills
