Job Description
- To maintain a full and working knowledge of housing hardware operating systems and supporting tools available in the market today.
- To ensure that monthly PPM in all the block assign by Housing Manager/Supervisor are executed in a timely manner.
- To be in charge of with the overall maintenance of the housing including attending timely to maintenance requests from Team Members.
- To be available on call 24/7 in case of emergencies.
- To maintain housing stocks items and keep proper inventory of material and tolls required.
- To maintain the team members requests calls in Message box application and close in timely basis.
- To courteously enter rooms of Team Members especially within the female block and uphold integrity and honesty at all times.
Qualifications :
- 12 years of experience in the same role
- Ability to apply analytical methods to understand and solve problems
- Ability to apply basic cost benefits analysis principles as part of project/modification considerations
- Experience in overall maintenance in housing
