About the role
We are currently seeking a skilled and dynamic Graphic Designer to join our global team. Your role will involve conceptualising designing and delivering visually compelling and innovative graphics for reports presentations marketing materials and other branded assets that align with the companys visual identity and goals as well as client and projectspecific brand guidelines. Reporting to the Business Development and Communications Manager you will work closely in a collaborative environment to continuously develop and enhance our brand identity.
Responsibilities:
Brand Development: Work closely with the Business Development and Communications Manager to develop and enhance BLRs visual brand identity ensuring consistency across all visual outputs and collateral.
Design Execution: Develop and execute creative concepts designs storyboards mockups and layouts for marketing campaigns advertisements social media print materials websites and other relevant projects.
Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure the overall quality and consistency of visual output maintaining brand integrity across all deliverables.
Client Collaboration: Attend client and team meetings actively listen to their needs and ideate innovative visual solutions that meet their expectations.
Visual Concept Development: Propose and demonstrate highlevel visual concepts that effectively convey the intended message and align with the projects objectives.
Innovation and Trends: Stay updated with industry trends design techniques and emerging technologies to infuse cuttingedge ideas into our work.
Time Management: Take ownership of multiple projects simultaneously managing timelines resources and deliverables to meet deadlines.
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (minimum 3 years) within the cultural or creative industries.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a high level of creativity conceptualisation and visual design skills.
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality visual outputs.
Ability to work under pressure meet deadlines and adapt to changing project requirements.
Hard Skills
Proficiency in design software such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign).
Indepth knowledge of current design trends visual storytelling and best practices in graphic design.
Experience of working within the Google Suite of products (Slides Sheets Docs etc.) is advantageous.
Location & Commitments
Fulltime contracted.
Work 5 days a week (with some flexibility on days according to project needs)
9 hours a day including a 1hour lunch break
Office based with options for remote working
