We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design
- Experience in urban design, urban planning or GIS related projects
- Experience in illustrative design and typography
- A portfolio showcasing design projects, including academic work, internships, or personal projects.
- Excellent proficiency in presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote) and familiarity with AI-powered presentation tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to accept feedback and constructive criticism positively.
- Basic knowledge of printing processes and file preparation for print is a plus.

- User-Centered Design: Designing with the user experience in mind, ensuring that websites, apps, and other digital products are not only visually appealing but also functional and easy to use.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Creating wireframes and prototypes for websites and apps to visualize layouts and interactions before development begins.
- Usability Testing: Conducting usability tests to assess how users interact with designs and making improvements based on findings.
Desired candidate profile
1. Advanced Design Skills
- Branding and Identity Design: Creating and evolving visual identities for brands, including logos, color palettes, typography, and design guidelines that communicate a brand’s values and personality.
- Print and Digital Design: Expertise in designing for both print media (brochures, posters, packaging, etc.) and digital media (websites, social media, email templates, etc.).
- Illustration: Ability to create custom illustrations or integrate them into design work for a unique, branded look.
- Typography: A deep understanding of typography, including font pairing, letter spacing, and readability to enhance the visual appeal and functionality of designs.
- Layout and Composition: Mastery in the arrangement of text, images, and other visual elements to create balanced, aesthetically pleasing designs.
2. Creative Direction
- Concept Development: Leading the ideation and conceptualization of design projects, including brainstorming and exploring creative approaches that align with client goals and brand messaging.
- Design Strategy: Developing design strategies that effectively communicate the desired message to the target audience, ensuring alignment with overall marketing or communication goals.
- Creative Leadership: Guiding and mentoring junior designers, offering feedback, and ensuring design standards are met across projects.
3. Software Proficiency
- Adobe Creative Suite: Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and other design tools for both print and digital design projects.
- Web Design Tools: Knowledge of web design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD) to create responsive layouts, wireframes, and prototypes.
- 3D Design: Familiarity with 3D design software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) for creating three-dimensional visuals, animations, or product renderings.
- Prototyping and UI/UX Design: Experience in prototyping and wireframing using tools like Figma, InVision, or Axure, and understanding of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) principles.
4. Brand Strategy and Marketing Knowledge
- Brand Consistency: Ensuring consistent application of brand guidelines across all design touchpoints, creating designs that reflect a unified brand experience.
