Be responsible for research and technical support into projects related to structural mechanics and aerodynamics of various propulsion systems, including UAV/VTOL Rotor systems.
Be responsible for performing mechanical design and Finite Element Analysis of propulsion systems
Liaise with the team to support on experimental testing activities.
Develop knowledge and skills within TII related to the latest techniques and applications relevant to Propeller/Rotor Structural integrity and Aerodynamics, and Finite Element Analysis
Liaise to the superiors to make decisions for project development and new R&D opportunities.
Collaborate with internal and external research partners and contacts to advance the understanding of propulsion systems.
Foster a collaborative work environment and provide technical guidance to junior researchers.
Disseminate research findings through high-quality publications in prestigious scientific journals and present at conferences and workshops. Contribute to the institute's intellectual property portfolio through patents, articles, and technical reports.
