Co-ordination with Design & Sales Team for timely submission of Layout, Quotation, Tenders.
Follow Up for the Quotation Submitted to ensure order booking in favour.
Attending opening of technical bid
Attending Technical Presentations
Attending Price bid opening
Negotiation & discussion with customer
Ensuring receipt of work order or purchase order. PO checking for technical specs, terms & conditions and communicating with client for amendment requirements.
Resolving issues related to commercial terms with customer or accounts department.
Communication with HO, Design and all concerned department about timeline, special features, special scope of supply, outsourced items.
Attending Kick off meeting with respective plant technical, commercial team.
Attending Kick off meeting with customers with our project team for starting of project.
Payment follow up with customers
