Energy & Resources (Upstream Low Carbon Solutions and or Alternative Energies)
Sia Partners Middle East is seeking a motivated and passionate Senior Consultant with a background in the Energy sector particularly in upstream and low carbon solutions or alternative energies. The ideal candidate will have around 5 years of experience with passion to help clients through business transformation innovation and strategy.
Candidate must be a genuine team player with intellectual curiosity learning and sharing spirit with commercial drive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support strategic transformation initiatives for clients in the energy and resources sector particularly in upstream and low carbon or alternative energy solutions.
- Provide advisory services on business transformation projects focusing on improving operational efficiency digitalization innovation and sustainability.
- Assist in developing strategies that drive cost optimization process improvement and enhanced business performance for clients.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to support clients in making informed investment and operational decisions.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to design and implement customized and innovative solutions for energy companies across the GCC.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including government entities regulatory bodies and industry leaders in the Middle East.
- Actively contribute to Sia Partners Energy and Resource Knowledge Library by writing and curating articles market research and whitepapers focused on innovation and industry advancements.
- Show an interest in contributing to research initiatives and insights on market trends best practices innovation and industry breakthroughs.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in energy including renewable energy low carbon solutions and sustainability initiatives.
- Help ensure compliance with regional regulations and alignment with global best practices.
- Assist in managing project timelines budgets and deliverables to ensure highquality outcomes for clients.
Qualifications :
Successful candidates must possess the following:
- Bachelors degree in engineering Energy Business Administration or related fields; Masters degree highly desirable.
- Approximately 5 years of experience in consulting within the energy and resources sector with a focus on upstream and an interest in low carbon solutions alternative energies and innovation.
- Experience in business transformation ideally within the Middle East is a plus.
- Good understanding of the energy market in the GCC including key players regulations and innovation drivers.
- Strong analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
- Interest in market research writing whitepapers and publishing industry articles on innovation.
- Willingness and availability to travel across the GCC as required.
- Business level proficiency in Arabic.
Preferred Skills:
- Interest in digital transformation innovative technologies and technologydriven solutions in the energy industry.
- Knowledge of sustainability initiatives renewable energy strategies and innovative approaches to low carbon and alternative energy solutions.
