Roles and responsibilities
The Beauty Advisor role is to increase consumer awareness on the brands value, build a good relationship with the outlet managers and customers to maximize sell out outcomes, ensure high follow-up on product availability and shelf life in visited accounts. As Beauty Advisor you will also be responsible for ensuring good customer service and a shopping environment for the customers to reach set targets and division objectives.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Checking the stocks and arrange the planogram on daily basis.
- Communicate the out of stocks internally (pharmacy store manager and stock controller) and with the key account executive.
- Increase sales for assigned brands by developing customer trust and push sell out by Detailing the brand values to reach set targets.
- Build good customer relationships through proper communication and follow-up.
- Check inventory and merchandise at all outlets. Ensure clean, presentable display of products and good stock to attract customers.
- Develop strong relations with the outlet managers by assisting them with all aspects regarding the brands to build trust between the company and customers.
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service by helping them find the products and services that they need based on their preferences and needs.
- Provide personalized recommendations for skincare routines, makeup looks, and haircare products based on the customer's skin tone, skin type, hair type, and personal style.
- Demonstrate how to apply makeup and skincare products to customers and provide tips and tutorials to help customers achieve the looks they want.
- Stay up to date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products and communicate them to customers.
- Attend product training sessions and consistently learn about new products to provide the most accurate and current recommendations to customers.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the beauty department.
- Maintain a clean and organized beauty department and ensure that products are stocked and displayed properly.
- Process customer transactions and assist with inventory management.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent Experience.
- 2 – 3 years’ experience in sales or customer service
